Accommodations and Layout:

Sleeps two owners and two guests in two staterooms. The master stateroom is aft with electric head, stainless steel sink with new faucet, shower and tub, medicine cabinet, towel and soap cabinet, extra towel racks, under sink storage, grated floor rug cover 1998, queen size bed with new mattress, vanity and seat, large hanger locker, vast storage port and starboard and under bed, dressing seat on starboard side, large mirror over vanity, 110 and 12 volt outlets, CO2 alarm, 110 and 12 volt lightings, wall to wall carpet 1998, new curtains. Forward up three steps is the salon with wall to wall carpeting, new couch and matching chair in 1997, lounging chair, TV with exterior antenna on radar arch, new air conditioner in built-in cabinet, port and starboard storage, new wall mounted folding table with leaf for seating five, 110 and 12 volt lighting and outlets, built in side table with drawers for silverware, ships papers, etc. Sliding doors port and starboard access to side decks. All windows and doors in main salon have Venetian blinds. Also in salon is an AM/FM stereo radio/CD player with 10 disc changer and two speakers. Forward and overlooking the galley is a built in counter on the port side for seating two people with two stools. On the starboard side is the inside helm with depth sounder, loran, compass, VHF radio, fuel gauge, holding tank indicator, power supply to bow thruster, amp meter, temperature gauge, tachometer, engine controls and switch, and remote control head for auto-pilot installed 2000. Forward and down three steps on the starboard side is the guest head with manual toilet, wash basin and storage and extra towel racks, new curtains and new rug. Behind the helm inside a cabinet is a 1500 watt inverter and controls and the ship's main power panel. In storage below this space are the two new house batteries. On the port side in this area is the galley with a new rug, New Norcold 12-120 volt refrigerator/freezer in 2000, microwave, four burner electric stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks, extra pantry spaces, dishes, glasses, and cup storage, several drawers under the counter pot and pan and grocery storage space. The galley is equipped with a fluorescent light over the sink, an opening port and an exhaust blower. Also in this area next to the steps and below the helm is the AC-DC electric panel with the generator controls. Forward from the galley is the guest cabin with new curtains.
